Can You Send A Code To My 2nd Mail Or Fix Yahoo Mail In France ?

Your services have advised me several these last days that they would be sending a code to my 2nd email address allowing me to have access to my yahoo mail again. Yet I haven't received ANY CODE, which is terribly damaging for me, as I have all my files, mails and contacts in my YAHOO MAIL mailbox.Also the fact that one cannot call any support in France or in Ireland where yahoo has moved makes any query a nightmare. PLEASE RESTORE AT LEAST THE CHAT SUPPORT FOR YAHOO MAIL USERS IN FRANCE !!!!!!!!!PLEASE HELP ME ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!! My alternate mails I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON -
