Your contacts are on the left, green tab. You'll see 'What's new', 'Inbox', "CONTACTS" and update. Under your list, you check the contacts to insert and to the right it says send email using these contacts.

If you want to switch back to Classic, here are the instructions:

In your web browser, go to the Yahoo! Mail home page (http://mail.yahoo.com). Sign in to your account using your Yahoo! ID and password, then click the yellow Sign In button. Once you've successfully logged in, you'll see your email folders on the left and the What's New and Inbox tabs in the middle.

Step 2 Choose the Mail Classic option

On the upper right side of the page, there are three links -- Mobile, Options, and Help. ClickOptions, and when the drop down menu appears, choose "Mail Classic..."

Step 3 Confirm that you want to switch back

A dialog box will pop up with two choices -- Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic and Cancel. If you're sure you want to switch, click the first option; otherwise, choose Cancel to keep the New Yahoo! Mail. (If you wish to provide feedback about Yahoo! Mail, you can click the feedback link in the dialog box, which will open up a new window.)

Depending on your computer's speed and your Internet connection, the switch may take several seconds. When it's completed, you'll be looking at the old familiar Yahoo! Mail Classic interface.
