Retrieval Of Contacts From My Previous Email - [email protected]

I have set up a new yahoo address after I was unable to login. can yahoo help to retrieve my contacts and transfer it to my new yahoo address?

It is not possible to retrieve your contacts from your previous email address unless if you still can access the previous email. This is because the list of contacts in that particular email is stored on the server side.
