Recovering Password

the prompt says to prove u are not a computer say or enter the code. I can enter it but it won't recognize it . I don't know how to say it into the phone. Tried the obvious way with no success ?????

There's unfortunately no way to avoid this "Captcha" challenge. You can get through it by using, if necessary, one or both of these two options accessible from icons adjacent to the puzzle words:

You can hear the puzzle words spoken, or
You can replace the words with others.
