Cant Recover Email Account Info

I'm trying to delete my yahoo email acct but I cant remember the answers to the security question. I tried to circumvent by doing what you asked "You can recover your Yahoo account using your alternate address instead of your security questions ...but the alternate email address on file is incorrect! I havent used it for several years! I tried going to yahoo's deletion page but the same happens there it asks me to answer security questions? Now due to several tries i'm locked out! Can you provide a work-around? Thanks in advance.
