I Cant Receive Any Enails Or Send Any.

I have followed all the protocol listed to receive emails and am still not able to receive any mails. I think my account is blocked. I am writing from Spain as here they have not been able to help me. My email account is Please unblock it or help me. I can accesss it but do nothing else. Thank you.

Greetings - Since you have not used it yet, you can simply close it down completely and re-signup for a new one - yes you can use the same personal details. However, before you do this please do be sure that you are not the one at fault - By remembering that you can not receive an email if you had not destributed your email address yet. Also try to send your self a test email from this this very account in question (to the email address they have just allocated to you) - this is possible and will help you further observe the email account's behavior (whether it is an odd account).
