Cannot Receive Emails From Yahoo To Microsoft Outlook.
I've use Outlook with Yahoo for several years. This is a new problem that occurs on two computers - my desktop and my laptop. Error message: "in use mail drop busy". With outlook shut down on one computer, it still occurs on the other. Microsoft tech has examined re microsoft. All looks good. Please help.
