I Really Need To Recover A Specific Email From My Sent Folder Asap.

I really need to recover a specific email from my sent folder ASAP. Yahoo Mail deleted my entire Sent folder. I did the recover thing in Yahoo Help, and I am hoping that it will recover all of the messages because we need them for legal reasons. However, there is one in particular that was sent mid-July 2010 that we need before Monday.
