Can't Get Password For Yahoo Mail. Get Into At&t When Select Forgot Pw

My password for yahoo mail won't work. When I select "forgot my password" I end up in AT&T. When I answer the security questions, it only changes my ATT-com password. When I have a temp pw sent to my phone or snail mail, it doesn't get me into yahoo.com mail, just att.com. Where do I have to go or who to talk to in order to access my yahoo mail?
