New Yahoo Mail Message List Scroll Bar Doesn't Page Up Or Down When Clicked.

Scroll-bar paging doesn't work for the any selected mailbox listing, for either small business or regular email. Clicking above/below the vertical scroll-bar button should page the email list up/down when visible. You can see the shadow appear when you click on the scroll-bar, but nothing happens. For other lists (i.e. mailboxes, applications), the scroll-bar's paging work correctly. System info: Windows XP, IE8

Install the .net framework 3.5 via Windows Update (Start -> Control Panel -> Windows Update. Had the same problem and this took care of it

I had the same problem..couldn't access my mail. Scroll bars were gone. I went to the control panel~ User accounts and set up a new account. Mail was set based on user account. Change and use new account when opening mail.
