With Your New Homepage I Cannot Even Get To My Mail-?

Can't get to my mail, can't get your answer without access to my mail--what's the solution?

Requests for more information

I can probably help you if I have a little more clarification. Have you attempted entering mail.yahoo.com into the browser to go straight to it? What do you mean by "your new home page?"

I would love to help, I just don't really understand the question.

No, I didn't go to mail.yahoo.com--was not aware of the option.  When I asked for help last night the only response I got was "how much are you willing to pay" with options to select 9, 15 or 30 (not sure about the amounts).  When I tried to close the page I could not.  Finally had to use the power button and shut down the computer.  When I powered back up, everything was fine.  Then I got your email about the free account??? Did you not get my reply?  Perhaps you can understand my frustration--When the computer was first turned on last night there was a new homepage.  After several tries to open my mail, I finally asked for help--and ended up with being asked how much was I willing to pay to get help.  What's going on?  Does Yahoo expect to be paid to help it's customers when it's homepage is not working properly?   Sounds like I'm angry but really I'm not, just confused.  Everything seems to be working this morning.  My problems are gone--unless you can explain about the "how much are you willing to pay" bit.  That upset me more than the original problem did.  Thanks,  Fredonia
