Option 1: Password Reset
The easiest way is to reset the account password. here is the link to do so:

In that page, select the option "My account may have been compromised" then click Next
Option 2: Submit Account Recovery Form
To access the Account Recovery Form, please click on this link:https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?locale=en_US&y=PROD_ACCT&page=contact
In that page, under "Topic", select "Password and sign-in". For the "Sub-topic", select "Unable to sign in". On the "Recommended Options" part, select the email icon to bring up the Case Creation page. This is the so-called Account Recovery Form.
This is the only way that you can contact Yahoo to inform them about your problem with your account. In this form, you need to fill out as much information that can convince Yahoo that you are the rightful owner of the account that you are trying to recover. Please understand that this is a crucial step and the success and failure of the recovery depends solely on the information that you provide in this form. The more relevant information that you provide in the form, the greater is your chances of recovery.
Please note that it may not be possible to recover a Yahoo account that has been deleted for more than 90 days.
