I Need To Prove A Account Is Not Mine, I Need This Info For Court,

I need to prove a email did not come from my IP address it was set up by a family member to send herself a email in my name, I need to prove this for court. the Name it was sent from was [email protected] I need help to show the IP address from this account is not mine. This also states my name on this email Tammy Nichols it was set up in my name but not by me or my IP address it was done I think from the date of this email on 1/25/2012 it was sent to a [email protected] I am so sure this shanna smithers set this account up in my Name and made this fake email to herself using my name Tammy Nichols. I need help I need it very bad. Thank You Tammy Nichols. Please understand this is a matter of life or death here this person sent it to herself to that [email protected] from this fake account she set up as [email protected] you can check and learn the IP addresses are the same and not from this PC or Home IP address. I have to have this so bad to keep a protective order in place to keep me safe I beg you for help.
