I Need Access To My Mail Account But The Reset Option Is A Very Old Number

when i try to access my yahoo account it says my account is no longer available or password is not acceptable. I know the account isi accessed it once maybe 7 months ago. The password eludes me and when i go to reset it my only option is for the reset to be sent to a phone number i had 5 years ago. Every number i try to call is either down or tell me to go online. there is no technical support. HELP

You're right; Yahoo's phone support is very limited.
