My Mom Has Been Attempting To Access Her Yahoo Email, But Forgot Her Password.

She tried to go in to reset it but when she attempts to answer the security question it tells her answer is invalid which is impossible because she should know what her mother's home town was. We have been struggling with this problem now for over a week with no results. please tell me what I can do to help expedite a resolution to this problem for my 80 year old mother.

You can get a new password, a Yahoo! ID reminder, or both. If you forgot your Yahoo! ID or password, go to the Sign-in Problems page.

If you forgot your Yahoo! ID, you need to provide three pieces of information so we can confirm your identity:

Your birthday
Your ZIP or postal code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)
