Visit that page, and try to reset your password, you may need to answer the security questions you've set during initial sign-up process and verify information. But, on successful reset, you should be able to access your account again.

You can also try to log-in to your email/messenger account again. This time, check if Caps Lock is on. Maybe it was accidentally pressed the last time you attempted to log in, making the password you were typing incorrect.
