why they do not have any live agent any more to help ?but only pre -packaged answers only that do not address the issue and keep taking you back to the old answer ..? and they have no alternative for the security answer !!?? bad Customer Service

1. If indeed there's no more live agent to help, the reason (as you I'm sure could have guessed) is to reduce expenses.
