Where Are My Inbox Emails?

I logged into my Yahoo Mail Plus account this morning and there were 11 new messages, all unread. Everything else is missing...things from yesterday, the day before, the week before, etc. All I keep seeing is new messages, everything else is gone! I did not delete them, nor did anyone else. Where did they go and will they come back?
