Your use of the term "folders" (plural) indicates that this is happening with more than 1 friend. If that's the case, then your messages' contents are suspect. To check, use the tool at http://landing.lyris.com/lyris-contentchecker-for-email-US?source=70170000000gaiI. If that doesn't help, or if it's just 1 friend, then filters at the receiving end are the culprit. Each email program has a way of marking an incoming mail "not spam," and once that's done by a recipient, future mail from the sender should get through without a problem.
