I Forgot Secret Answer, Not My Password

I tried to login to my yahoo email account. I entered the correct password, but then suddenly yahoo is asking for the answer for my secret question from 2009 that I no longer remember. Is there any other way to bypass these. I read there was some kind of a form that I could fill out and send to yahoo to prove I'm the owner of the account, but I couldn't find it
