I Forgot The Answer To My Security Question, Now My E-mail Is Locked.

I have urgent e-amils reguarding my sons health from his doctors. E-mail was hacked and now I am locked out, forgot the security question answer.

If you forgot your Yahoo security question or password, you can use the account recovery wizard or page of Yahoo for the recovery of your account. You will need to provide the following information about you and your account.

Alternate email address, birthday, country of residence, and postal code.
