It is not necessary for you to use chat or otherwise turn to Yahoo customer service in this situation. (Many Yahoo users don't even use chat, and perhaps you're one of them. And reponse to inquiries to customer servce is uncertain.)

Greetings - If you have forgotten both your security Question's Answer and never had an alternative email attached your other avalaible options are outlined below.

You can discuss the issue with a Yahoo rep via a live chat.

1) Visit

2) Select, "Yahoo! Account "on the first box.


3) Select, "Password and Sign in"on the second box

4) Select "forgot secret questions & answers" on the third one box.


Click Next
Click, "Chat With a Support Agent online" and be patient while the live chat loads. And then tell them your problem and you will hopefully be assisted.

Note :This live chat only works on a computer and not a mobile device.
