Error Code 19

Why do I keep getting Error code 19 after I am in my email account for 20 minutes. I log off and wait 15 to 20 minutes and log back in my account, after 20 minutes I get the Error Code 19 again. I have cleared my cache, used different browsers, and logged off on my cell phone and desk top. I have virus protection on my desk and it'seems active when I use my browser. The error code 19 keeps coming back. What else do I need to do?
