I Cannot Get Emails On My I Phone

i need the incoming and outgoing ports to tell the apple people so they can help me get my emailsmy email is i need a response asap!!!

(On android: background data and auto sync should remain checked to be able receive emails automatically' just not sure if apple mobile OS have this options.)
