How can I open my box because it is blocked?When I put my email address ([email protected]) and my password , I received the message ''the ID or password is invalid''.Could you help me to open.

You might try closing your browser and deleting cache (cookies and such), and then re-trying it. If that doesn't work, then you may try your backup email addresss or resetting your password.
