My E-mail Account Does Not Work.

All of my contacts are gone and it doesn't have a space to add contacts. Also, there once was a check box beside my spam and normal e-mails to allow for them to be deleted.

It seems that you're a victim of a computer attack. Sorry. A good scan is available free at https://www.malwarebytes.org/. Or if you use Windows, Microsoft's free Safety Scanner promises not only to detect but also cure infections.

Regarding the previous answer:

I'm sorry but it's impossible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo, and even trying can be inordinately time-consuming. If you feel you need to turn to Yahoo for one-on-one support, I suggest that instead you submit this form; if necessary, Yahoo promises to phone you. Another option is to turn to Yahoo's community.
