I Did A Toolbar Upgrade, Now My Bookmarks Are Missing. How Do I Get Them Back?

I did a Yahoo toolbar upgrade, when yahoo was restarted the bookmark icon was missing. What happened to my bookmarks? Can I recover them? If I can get them back, how do I do it?
