How Do You Get Around 'cookies Rejected' When Attempting To Sign On To Yahoo?

The question above tells it all. I could not sign in. Yahoo's "Online Help" is useless, and when I finally managed to get a so-called "customer service" person on the phone and after giving them my name and email address I was asked a "security question" which I answered correctly. They told me my response was incorrect and refused to help me further. I have no recollection ever giving them this so-called "security" question and answer. It was just an excuse by a very rude "representative" to refuse helping me. All I want now is to retrieve the names on my Yahoo address book so I can use them on Road Runner. Can someone tell me how I can do so without wasting any more time trying to deal with Yahoo?EHYM Thank you!
