How Do I Get My Contacts List Up So I Can Forward Emails With Bcc

Some how my yahoo page changed. I can't forward emails from my contact list. I used to be able to pull up the contact list and check off who I wanted to forward to and the addresses would go in the address box on the email I was forwarding. I could also use cc: and bcc:
