I'm sorry but the previous answers probably won't serve you (as you may have discovered), unless you have a (paid) business account. One of the links directs you to the support service of a third-part website--and you can just as easily direct your question to us at Help Owl. Another answer assumes the cause of your lockout, which you did not state. The correct answer is to submit this Yahoo form, which invites you to request a phone call.

To protect your account, a temporary lock is triggered anytime there have been too many unsuccessful attempts to sign in.

The lock will be lifted automatically after 12 hours, but you can always regain access to your account immediately using the Password Helper tool.
