Changing Yahoo Email Password

I have a yahoo email and att email. The yahoo email was hacked and I need to change the password. I have tried to use the help area, and followed it completely. But when I do from my yahoo account it sends me to my att.net account to log in, and then when I click on change password it sends me to a log in for my yahoo.com email. and this goes on and on, and it never allows me to change my yahoo email password. I can change my att.net one but that does not help me in anyway what so ever. and Yahoo does not answer thier phone help only hangs up after telling me they are experiencing large volume of calls.
