Cabt Sign Into My Yahoo Email

I had no trouble signing in to my email on Sunday 10th in the monrnong but when i went to sign in in the afternoon the same day i got this message.!"we do not recongnize the device you are using." i want to know what happened to computer. It the only one i have or use.
