Yahoo Mail Service Email

I keep on getting email yahoo mail service (subject matter( saying My two incoming mails were placed on pending status due to the recent upgrade to our database, in order to receive the messages click here to login and wait for respond from Aol User. kindly assist.....does this meand my account will be locked or?? or is it a hacker....
