Yahoo Email Account Hacked

How Do I get a Email Account Removed, It has been hacked I cannot access it and they are trying to get money from all of my other clients. In addition they are using my picture and my babys picture and I want it removed. Please help

Firstly, I would suggest running or installing a security device on your computer such as McAfee or another brand. Scan for viruses, spyware, adware, etc. Secondly, only yahoo directly will be able to help you, and you must email them. I have known others with the same problem, and unfortunately it rarely gets resolved.
