Yahoo Doesn't Respond To E-mail Request About Resetting A Password.

It has been 4 days that I was lock out from accessing my Yahoo e-mail account, after I decided to change my password. I have submitted like 10 request to them, and they have not responded within 24-hours like they claim they would. What can I do to get a response from these folks? I have another Yahoo e-mail account, and that one is fine, but they don't respond to resetting my password.
