Text Message From Yahoo

I got a text message from Yahoo this morning advising me to change my password on my Yahoo account due to security issues. Unfortunately I clicked on the link in the message and changed my password right then. Have I done something wrong?

Are you unable to get back into your account after changing the password? I got the same e-mail and changed my password successfully. Do you still hav the e-mail? You can check your trash bin & open the email again & try again if needed.
