My Secret Question's Answer

My secret question's answer is not working, everytime when i sign in the secret question pop up. I cant login my account anymore for a long time, this is not with it. My account get blocked everytime i try to login because of the secret question, am very disapointed with yahoo for not unblocking my emeil. I never get any help from yahoo, all the answers are far from my problem.

Then enter your username and type in the alternative email address which you ahve specified at the time of registration and the steps to reset your password will be sent to that address.
