Releasing Verification Of A Yahoo Local Listing

Hi,I want to free this listing from being verified. It is not verified by us. Yext says they can't manage it because it's merchant verified. YP which this listing seems to be powered by it says I should contact Yahoo and they can not do anything. Yahoo help department is out of access.I really don't know what I should do now.What I get from Yext and YP support team is that Yahoo should solve this issue, and Yahoo has left no contact way.What do you think I should do?

"Yahoo help department is out of access." It's true that it's impossible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo. However, this form can invite Yahoo to phone you.
