I Need My Email Turned Back On Without Waiting 24 Hours.

I will lose a govt contract if yahoo persists in cutting off the reports I send to the govt every day by email. I have sent maybe 10 emails in the last 4 days and was 'cut off' for 24 hours. I use email for my business. I do NOT spam ANYONE. I NEED to be back on how can I accomplish this. I do not want to have to contact Yahoo every other week to get turned back on when they have cut my email off. Can you tell me HOW to fix it so this NEVER happens again?
