I Cant Log In To The Yahoo Account
it keeps sending the change password info to an email address that has been inactive for years and because of this I an unable to recover my password

Getting one-on-one support from Yahoo is very difficult. If the email address is truly inactive (not reassigned), you'll find it easier to reactivate it. That email program may facilitate your receiving its mail at your current email address; if not, simply keep checking the reactivated address.
