Junk Emails

I am fed up with Yahoo after 20 years or so, because i think the forwarding service is non exsitant! I constantly get junk emails from people with a Yahoo address. But all i get in return is a computerised email that just shifts the blame from one person to another. Everytime i block and filter them but the next day the same culprit is at it again! This suggest two things to me, (1) That blocking and filtering junk emails does not work, or the culprit just creates another email address and starts all over again. It is a good job that Yahoo does not have a telephone reply or answering service or they would reall find out what us emailers really thought of them!
