How Do I Find Out The Identity Of Someone Whos Is Posing As My Dead Brother?

My name is Jodi and I received an email from [email protected]. This person is posing as my brother who died over 30 years ago. He has also sent one to my mother. We are both extremely upset by these emails and need to find out who this person is ASAP! Please help our family find out the identity of this person!
