My Friend Is Suicidal And Clinically Depressed! Read Description, Please!

I KNOW THIS ISN'T A TECHNICAL QUESTION (it's more of a self-help or psycology) BUT I REALLY NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH :-)     My friend has thyroid problems, is bipolar, has panic attacks, anorexic, bulimic, is a cutter, and is suicidal. She is also on her period. She got really mad at me because I didn't know what a panic attack was. And now she doesn't want to be my friend anymore :-( She is going to start seeing a shrink (therapist) next week, but she is planning to commit suicide on Monday. I have stopped her from committing it before by threatening to call 911 is she didn't respond to my texts. It is not working now. Now, she says she is her own master and wont listen to any of her friends. I am so worried about her! How can I help her? How do I stop her from committing suicide? How do I get her to stop thinking she isn't beautiful? She is one of the prettiest girls I know, but to her she's the ugliest. Please help me help her!!!I don't want her to die!SHE NEEDS HELP!!!! I need help....Please.....Thank you all who answer and care   She is 12 She is also taking pills, but she says they are not working.
