Fraud And Sending Virus Using My Sons Name And Yahoo Address

Someone is using my sons id and sending virus thru his email name. This is the second one sent to me and others. last time he had to call the people on the list and I did not open my email because I knew he was away, but today I got another email from him at Yahoo and I knew he is at a meeting and could not do it. Is there a phone number for him to contact? I will call him later or can you check his email. He is not using it because of this.
