I Forgot My Id And Password

I forgot my ID and password, i have tried using my registered phone number but never recieve the code which system asked to reset password. i don't remember my secret question seen its been long time i created this account.

Sorry for your problems. To reset your password and recover your account, you will need either your alternate email address on file or the answers to your security questions -- or -- your mobile phone number on file. See:

If you have none of these, you can't recover your password. In that case, your only course would be (a) to guess the answers to your security questions, or (b) to abandon the account and open a new one.
