Family E-mail Account

I just paid the 5$ for a family account to get my 12 yr old a e-mail address dpmustang, but I can not figure out hope to set up the security settings....;

Go to Your name "Hi,____... " (displayed at the top right corner of the yahoo Q&A page.)
