No Download Option For Attachments In Yahoo - How Do I Download?

I have attachments in an email in Yahoo Mail with an extension of ".old" vs ".doc". The 'download' option is not displaying to allow me to download and update the extension so I can view the files. Help? How can I download?

The sender of the attachments sent you the wrong files—probably backup files. Ask the sender to send you the correct files.
