Why Dont You Have Anyone Checking Google Daily For Imposters

i was having trouble logging into my email . so i googled contact number for yahoo. i called . almost right away i was told my computer was hacked.then was told you have aservice that could fix it for 200.00 . i let them proceed the next day i discuverd they had billed my credit card for 400.00 . by the way that# was at the top of the search page. how is it possible that you would not have someone checking that.meanwhile im out 400.00.how are you going to adress that!!!!!!!!!!!!!
