I Connot Access My E-mail Account Since I Changed My Password.

my account had been compromised so for security i followed the steps in yahoo to add extra security. I also changed my password. since then I cannot access my account with my new or old password. i have selected to recieve a text but no text has arrived, i can't remember the answer to my secret question and there is no option to send a password to an alternative e-mail. I use my e-mail for work and i have not been able to access this now for a week. its urgent that i get into my acount for this reason. please help
