Why Can't I Change My Yahoo Mail Password?

I follow directions. Click on arrow next to name. Click on account info. Sign in with password. All good up to that point, but then the page that should have a link to "Change Password" doesn't have that option. Closest thing say, "Manage Password and Security Settings" when I click on it, it takes me to an AT&T page.
